How do I change my personal profile and settings?

1. Log in to Pivotal Academy

2. Go to the Dashboard

3. On the right-hand corner, click on the green drop down arrow and select ‘My Profile & Settings’

4. When the page opens, click on ‘Edit my profile’

5. The next page that opens, allows you to edit details. Make the needed changes, scroll down, and click on SAVE.

How do I change my password?

1. Log in to Pivotal Academy

2. Click on ‘Instructor Led Training’ located at the very top left-hand corner of the page.

3. Once on that page, hover over the drop down menu on the right-hand corner next to your name and click on ‘Profile’

4. On your profile page you will be able create a new password. (Please note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, with at least one capital letter, one lower case letter, a number and a special character such as * $ # !)

5. When complete, click ‘Update’.

How do I change my billing information?

1. Log in to Pivotal Academy

2. Click on ‘Instructor Led Training’ located at the very top left-hand corner of the page.

3. Once on that page, hover over the drop down menu on the right-hand corner next to your name and click on ‘Billing’

4. Once of the Billing Info page, Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will see “Add a New Card”

5. Provide New Information in the form displayed and click submit

I have not yet received my Pivotal Academy account activation email. When will I receive the login email?

You will receive an email from Pivotal Academy within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. Be sure to add Pivotal Academy to your Contacts to receive any future emails in your inbox. If you do not receive the email at all please within 24 hours, please contact us.
