How do I change my personal profile and settings?

1. Log in to Pivotal Academy via https://academy.pivotal.io/login

2. Go to the drop-down menu on the right-hand side and click on ‘My Dashboard’

3. Once you’re on your dashboard, go to the drop-down menu to the right-hand side and click on ‘My Profile & Settings’

4. Click on ‘Edit my profile’ on the left-hand side

5. Once you’re done editing your credentials, scroll down and click on the ‘Save’ button

How do I change my password?

1. Log in to Pivotal Academy via https://academy.pivotal.io/login

2. Go to the drop-down menu on the right-hand side and click on ‘My Profile'

3. Once you’re on your profile page you will be able create a new password. (Please note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, with at least one capital letter, one lower case letter, a number and a special character such as * $ # !)

4. When complete, click ‘Update’ to save your changes

How do I change my billing information?

1. Log in to Pivotal Academy via https://academy.pivotal.io/login

2. Go to the drop-down menu on the right-hand side and click on 'Billing'

3. Update your information or scroll down to add a new card by clicking on the 'Add a new card' button

4. Save information by clicking 'Submit'

I have not yet received my Pivotal Academy account activation email. When will I receive the login email?

You will receive an email from Pivotal Academy within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. Be sure to add Pivotal Academy to your Contacts to receive any future emails in your inbox. If you do not receive the email at all within 24 hours, please contact us.
