How do I change my personal profile and settings?

1. Log in to Pivotal Education Store via https://store.education.pivotal.io

2. Go to the drop-down menu on the right-hand side and click on ‘Profile’

3. Edit your profile information

4. Click on the ‘Update’ button at the bottom to save your changes

How do I change my password?

1. Log in to Pivotal Education Store via https://store.education.pivotal.io

2. Go to the drop-down menu on the right-hand side and click on ‘Profile'

3. Create a new password. (Please note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, with at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, a number and a special character such as * $ # !)

4. Confirm your new password

5. Click on the ‘Update’ button at the bottom to save your changes

How do I change my billing information?

1. Log in to Pivotal Education Store via https://store.education.pivotal.io

2. Go to the drop-down menu on the right-hand side and click on 'Billing'

3. Update your billing information or scroll down to add a new card by clicking on the 'Add a new card' button

4. Click on the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom to save your changes

I have not yet received the Pivotal Education Store account activation email. When will I receive the login email?

You will receive an email from the Pivotal Education Store within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. Be sure to add the Pivotal Education Store to your contacts to receive any future emails in your inbox. If you do not receive the email at all within 24 hours, please contact us at education@pivotal.io.
