I already have an account with Pivotal Education. Why am I being prompted to create a new one?

We have recently updated our system. All existing users must create a new account and go through the account authentication process again to continue using the Pivotal Education tools. As a returning user, you must use the same email address you have previously used to create your new account.

I just created a new account, but I don't see any of my materials or account history.

You must use the same email address as your old account to see your materials and account history.

I now have two accounts with Pivotal Education. What should I do?

I’m having trouble creating an account in order to access my student materials.

If you are not able to create an account due to not receiving the verification email, please check your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder, please contact us at education@pivotal.io.

Where can I find a list of your courses?

You can find our course offerings by following this link: pivotal.io/training.

How can I access my student materials? Can I download the student materials to my computer/device?

Student materials can be viewed on our platform Caddy via the link that was provided to you when you registered for the class (https://courses.education.pivotal.io/ ). Student materials are “view only” and cannot be downloaded.

Are food and drinks allowed during exams?

If you are taking one of our 4-hour performance-based assessments, you can have a snack and/or beverage. However, snacks must be out of their original packaging and placed in a bowl or on a plate. Labels must be removed from all food (including fruit) and beverage containers. Snacks are not allowed during our 90-minute multiple choice exams.

Can I record the training?

Customers may not record the training in any medium, as laid out in our Education and Training Services Terms of Use.

Can I share the materials with someone else?

Customers may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any Course Materials provided pursuant to or in conjunction with the Training Services. Details can be found on our Education and Training Services Terms of Use.

What is your cancellation policy for classes?

Instructor-led public course fees are 100% refundable if Pivotal receives written notice of cancellation at least 10 business days prior to the start date of the class. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by filling out the form below. Course fees are NOT refundable if you cancel or change the class less than 10 business days prior to the start date of the class. Please contact us for any registration changes.

What is your cancellation policy for classes?

Exam fees are non-refundable. Exams may be rescheduled with the exam provider up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled exam session. Exam vouchers are designated to the named participant and are non-transferrable at any time. Candidate substitutions are not allowed. Exam vouchers must be redeemed within 90 calendar days from the date of issue. Exam voucher expiration dates may not be extended. Failure to attend an exam or arrive at the designated start time will result in forfeiting the exam session and fee.
